| | The little NanduTM Chair from R82 is a seat for an active child. Nandu provides the support needed for those children who need a bit of extra help to join in the fun either at school or home.The seat of the Nandu is padded and adjustable in depth for a perfect fit, because it is easier to stay alert if you are comfortable. The backrest of the chair can be reversed to provide abdominal support for the Nandu’s forward tilt of up to 8 degrees. This allows a child to lean forward over a surface to learn or play. The Nandu is available in four sizes, each with a spindle which provides up to 16cm of smooth and accurate height adjustment. The smallest size (1) has a seat width of 22cm (8.5") and a seat with depth adjustable from 17-24cm (6.75-9.25"). The largest size (4), has a seat width of 32cm (12.5") and an adjustable depth from 28-36cm (11-14"). Each size of this model can accommodate a child of up to 50kg. This versatile design can, through use of an interface, be used in conjunction with either of the Panda Futura or X-Panda seats. With a weight of between 13 and 15kg, this remarkable chair is light enough to be taken anywhere. Fix locks are mounted on the Nandu for quick and easy mounting of accessories such as belts, foot supports, seat wedges to obtain a narrower seat width, and stroller-style push handles, with or without angle adjustment.This beautiful design helps children sit up to work or play, without having to work to sit up.
